What You'll Do:
- Support the Retail Services Team with reporting, file maintenance, and loan/deposit administration
- Keep things accurate and timely – from interest rate changes to campaign reports
- Help with audits, compliance, and back-office tasks that keep everything running like a well-oiled machine
- Provide friendly, professional support to members, co-workers, and system partners
- Assist with system setups, mortgage renewals, and reconciliations – because details matter!
About You
- A post-secondary business program under your belt.
- 3-5 years of experience in a financial institution (or a mix of education and experience).
- A sharp eye for organization, time management, and problem-solving.
- Comfort with financial principles, software systems, and policies.
