What You'll Do:

• Support the Retail Services Team with reporting, file maintenance, and loan/deposit administration
• Keep things accurate and timely – from interest rate changes to campaign reports
• Help with audits, compliance, and back-office tasks that keep everything running like a well-oiled machine
• Provide friendly, professional support to members, co-workers, and system partners
• Assist with system setups, mortgage renewals, and reconciliations – because details matter!

About You

• A post-secondary business program under your belt.
• 3-5 years of experience in a financial institution (or a mix of education and experience).
• A sharp eye for organization, time management, and problem-solving.
• Comfort with financial principles, software systems, and policies.
